$15 Play Value for arcade games

Virtual Reality & ticket/prize games are not included with wristbands. Non-ticket video games have a BLUE SCANNER & do not dispense e-tickets, chips, cards or prizes.

Arrival & check-in procedure

Please arrive for your party approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your event. Your time will NOT be extended if you arrive late for your reservation.

Party check-in window will begin approximately 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.We may not be available to check-in your party prior to your scheduled time, and we cannot guarantee early entry to your reserved party space under any circumstance.
 
When you arrive at the center, check-in at the Guest Services counter, which is located in the main entrance lobby. Please have your contact information & reservation number available.

Paying for your party package

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be received at the time of booking.

Deposit must be received to confirm your reservation.

Event balance must be paid in-full before play passes or other package items may be issued. Individual payments are NOT accepted for group/party packages.

Your balance should be paid in a single lump sum in the form of cash or credit/debit card. Checks are NOT accepted.

If we have not received the REQUIRED non-refundable deposit for your event, please call Group Sales as soon as possible at (540) 785-6700 to complete the reservation process.

If we do not receive your non-refundable deposit, your reservation will not be held or honored.

A 15% service charge will be automatically added to your total event balance. This charge will also include anything added to your party package during your visit.

Gratuity for party staff is greatly appreciated, but not required or included in your balance.
 
Payments and deposits for group events are final and non-refundable.

Paying your full event balance more than 24 hours prior to your event is not recommended.

Get the most out of your visit

We recommend minimizing party decorations to maximize your reservation time.

We will provide colorful table cloths, plates, cups and all the necessary utensils, however, you are welcome to bring your own tableware if you’d like.

Items may not be taped onto walls, ceilings or surfaces. Pinatas & confetti are not allowed.

You and your guests will be spending most of your visit enjoying the many games and activities Fun Land has to offer. Make sure your guests dress appropriately for all the FUN that awaits!

Some of our activities require closed-toe/heel tennis shoes to participate. Hoodies, flip flops, sandals, boots, crocs, heels, scarves and any other restrictive or loose-fit clothing items are not recommended.

Canceling or rescheduling your party

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. You have the option to reschedule your event in case of unforeseen circumstances, without losing your deposit.

You may reschedule your event one time, up to 6 months into the future. Rescheduled events must meet all applicable requirements listed in this confirmation. For example, if your reservation has a two weeks notice requirement, your rescheduled event must also meet this requirement.

Events rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit all paid deposits.
Failure to show for your scheduled reservation will result in loss of all payments and deposits.
 
Payments made on a group reservation are NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Attraction availability is subject to change without notice. Refunds or discounts are not provided in case of game or attraction closure.
